Challenge

Safe and clean water that you can drink straight from the tap

Pentair products have been available on the Thai market for a very long time, but in previous years their online presence on social media was very small with the occasional posts made to their Facebook page and no mention of promotions or pricing of their products whatsoever.

With a minimal online presence, this meant that Pentair, while being a household brand among home improvement enthusiasts and those in the industry; the general consumer who would be looking to get a water filtration solution for their home would not be aware of the brand at all.

The current posts on the Pentair page were also quite bland and generic and needed to be spiced up with some more fun visuals and copy.

With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, people were at home more often and the demand for a water filtration system in homes skyrocketed. It was now or never to increase the brand awareness and recognition of Pentair among Thai consumers.

With this in mind, Pentair brought us on board in early 2021.

Pentair already had a pre-existing Facebook page but the community was not active. We implemented a new Community Growth campaign to target a new and more relevant audience that has interests related to Pentair. We were able to grow the community more than double the previous amount and the engagements from these new followers.

We helped implement a full digital strategy around their Facebook platform; traffic campaigns to e-commerce platforms, lead generation campaigns for coupons and customer database building, and boosting of the organic posts on the Facebook page to increase the engagement and interaction from relevant audiences.

We added more human touch to the artwork and designs of the content and ads for Pentair, too, along with the additions of promotional materials and clear pricing for the consumers to see. Since residential water filters are a high-involvement product, price is a very important factor.

We had also started expanding into KOL influencer marketing for the Pentair residential water filtration products.
