How can an insurance platform build awareness and trust?

Launched by the same team behind Roojai, Mr.Kumka was seeking an agile digital marketing agency partner to generate brand awareness and educate online users about its features, benefits, and give tips on how to best utilize their platform.
Car insurance and car loans are not topics that would be considered “cool”. For instance, it is hard for people to engage with such themes on social media.

Mr.Kumka was also a brand new website with no ads, no campaigns, and no public relations. Therefore, the assignment that Mr.Kumka handed to us was to generate brand awareness from scratch.

Solution

We adopted a sympathetic tone of voice with the target audience. Credible, easy to understand, and also fun when possible. We played with Mr.Kumka’s mascot often, he was the face and the voice of the majority of the editorial and creative contents.

Our team prides itself on having worked with Mr.Kumka’s team since the beginning. Facebook was prioritized as the main social media channel for publishing the content that is tailored to match with the target audience’s interests.

The content pillars developed for Mr.Kumka focused around car insurance and car loan information, news and advice from Mr.Kumka’s industry expertise. In addition, other contents aimed to introduce the unicity of Mr.Kumka’s services. Through video and graphic design, we wanted to show how easy it was to use MrKumka.com.

Simple, quick, and transparent are the peculiarities of the Mr.Kumka brand and its website, as when it comes to car insurance and car loans, things usually get complicated. The same traits had to be mirrored throughout our monthly content calendars.
