MOST 2414 has been hired as full-service digital marketing agency for a gas equipment manufacturer, Greengear Global, by Cavagna Group.

Challenge

Greengear produces power generators, water pumps and others LPG engine products. Greengear is a brand owned by Cavagna Group, a world’s leading gas equipment producer.

The team of Greengear Thailand was challenging the lack of brand awareness, along with a generic mistrust of LPG powered products. The company was suffering also the absence of point of sale and a not efficient distribution network. No communication strategy and planning were successfully implemented. All these factors that were affecting the sales.

Solutions

We set up a multi-channel strategy. We started to translate the global website in Thai. In the same time, we planned and managed a social media strategy, mainly focus on Facebook. We activated search and display advertising. Just after produced compelling videos, we launched YouTube campaigns. We found B2B leads as potential nationwide distributors via lead generation campaigns.

Summary

The brand awareness has significantly increased both in B2C and B2B audience segments. We solved the absence of customer service thanks to our dedicate social media management. The sales have been increased. Our contents made for the Thai market have been used by the global team as well.
