What Ferrero Group demanded was that its brands must have a highly recognizable and unique brand voice & tone on global scale, and also a local identity as well. Thailand is a competitive market in FMCG industry, and Ferrero is aiming to be a leader of it. In collaboration with DCG agency, we were part of the social media account in Southeast Asia. Our responsibility: be the agency of Nutella, Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Rocher in Thailand.
We set up a robust organizational relationship with the other project stakeholders from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Milan. We plan monthly content calendars, monitor the competitor audit, manage the community growth, and take immediate actions in crisis management.
