Bottega Verde

Founded in Tuscany, Italy, in 1972, Bottega Verde is a leading manufacturer and retailer of cosmetic products made with natural active ingredients.
MOST 2414 has established a collaboration with the company, and the Southeast Asian stakeholders, since the launch of the brand in Thailand.
The client has individuated the entry strategy focused on digital channels. Starting from social media, we take over the brand’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Challenge

Bottega Verde was a new brand that has just opened its first shops in Southeast Asia, and in Thailand almost no one knew its name and products. The company was looking for support to generate brand awareness and drive customers to store.

Solutions

Our strategy was focus on social media (Facebook and Instagram). We’ve elaborated monthly calendars with contents created to encourage local customers to visit the stores of Bottega Verde. We’ve managed lead generation campaign, in collaboration with our Singapore-based partner agency.

Summary

The first lead generation campaign (Special Free Gift Box) was sold out in few hours. We tried to keep the social media channels as much organic as possible, with great results.
