Schneider Electric is a European multinational corporation that is a staple in the global energy industry, with household products such as circuit breakers and electrical sockets, enterprise products such as their APC brand of uninterruptible power supplies, and crucial electrical infrastructure that is used in cities all around the world.

Schneider Electric came to us with the task of opening the doors to their Lazada Official Store. The company already had brand awareness and was known as an electrical industry leader in the Thai market; their products were available through various distributors that sold other electrical equipment or home improvement stores. However, they did not have a strong presence in the rapidly growing Thai eCommerce market.
We were also approached by their brand APC for us to act as their eCommerce enabler; tasked with redesigning their existing online stores on Lazada and Shopee operated by their licensed distributors, and supporting the brand and its logistics partners in campaign management and customer service.
Schneider Electric already had some pre-existing assets that could be applied to eCommerce platforms, such as product images, price lists, and specifications, but they were not eye-catching and would not be able to stand out in the sea of similar products sold online.
Driven by corporate brand guidelines and specific target audience segmentation in the local market, we have launched Silken Asia powered by MOST 2414.
Silken Asia is the eCommerce division of our company.
Our team designed the Schneider Electric LazMall Flagship Store and the APC Official Stores (Lazada & Shopee) after analyzing specific target groups and market trends. Which has resulted in a much more user friendly and easy-on-the-eyes online store experience that is consistent with the Schneider Electric brand image.
